It has a Laser Detect System(LDS) for navigation, includes 12 high-precision sensors, brushless motor with a 2100 Pa suction power, automatic recharge and resume feature, intelligent mapping, and route planning and supports operation through Mi Home app.

For real-time mapping, higher accuracy, faster speed, and long-range scanning the new Laser Navigation System LDS work with an upgraded SLAM algorithm. The Mi bot deals smartly with complicated surroundings and scans the entire floor meticulously.
It has a scanning range of 8 meters scanning frequency 6*360 degree/second, 2016 times/second Sampling rate, and less than 2% Accuracy deviation.
